I heard his interview. He's 'really dissapointed for himself'. Good dude, he should be That's a lot of scratch to give up for accidentally kicking a woman on purpose.

Watching the Philthydelpia/Conboys game, a game that I could pretty much care less about, a stretch oh 2 plays, pretty much explains about why I'm about done with the game.

Unpopular opinion but what Hunt did was not on the same level as what Rice did. I say this having never laid a hand on a woman and looking down on those that do...but...one was a viscous assault and one looks like a misdemeanor. I would not keep him out of the league forever over that.

Really?

REALLY?

Offensive PI on their TE not named Ertz and the 'roughing the passer'?

Rest assured that play happens in New England and there would have been a flag for an illegal block or Offensive PI or holding or something that would have killed the play.

Guarantee it.

Since it was in Miami....

Mahomes Houdini Act in the final minutes of that game yesterday was amazing.
The Kid is incredible.
That was a really good defense he shredded, when he needed to. Ravens had em. And let em go.

Mayfield outplaying Newton.
Bears dominating Rams.
Saquon is already the best RB in the league?

Nothing surprises me anymore.

For those that liked Shurmer so much, that Shurmer that got the Vikes 7 points at Philly last year.

Shurmer and Stefanski both got hungry 7-6 teams at home this week. Shurmer's offense got shutout, while Stefanski's offense got 41 points.

Just watching the highlights of Seatle/SF, was impressed with the 2nd efforts of several Seattle players.

A little surprised with that result, was wondering if any sort of 'sway' was involved. SF definitely benefitted from a huge ticky tac PI. I don't know if there were other calls and non calls that benefitted SF in the 4th quarter, but that one was a biggie.

But the result was good for the Vikings.

Similar to Sea/SF, looking at highlights of NO/Car.

In the highlights it looks like Carolina got away with contact out of bounds twice. If so, the refs the 1st half, or 1st 3 quarters, may have favored Carolina enough to make the game close. Then a little over a minute to go in the 3rd quarter, a pretty iffy PI is called on Carolina, and the rest of the game went the Saints way.

But any 'sway' that helps the Vikings is ok in my book ;)

Hopefully, the refs don't favor the Vikes for 2 1/2 quarters, and then give the Lions help the last 1 1/2 quarters, leading to an "improbable" win on Sunday.

The Vikings opened at 4.5 point favorites, heavy betting on Minnesota, and they are now 5.5 favorites, not good.

That's actually not uncommon. There are so many rich people that bet absurd amounts of money on a weekly basis.

Love that.

Hurray for the little guy!

Risking 100's of grands to win 100's of grands is just ludicrous. Or whatever 6,7 digits we're talking. I hope that guy was only a one time millionaire and is slowly watching it trickle down to nothing. Probably just went and grabbed more off the pile.

Its crazy. I have a lot of bookie friends and the amount of people that lay down big money to win small amounts blows me away.

I'm not a gambler, but if I was ever going to place a bet, it would the "bet the least to win the most" type. Odds are way against me, but if I lose its OK and if I win its monumental.

But these guys who bet 6 figures on "gimmie" bets to win 5 figures blows my mind.

Patrick Mahomes: 5,097 yards, 50 TDs, 12 INTs.

2nd QB ever with 5K and 50 in a season.

23 years old.

The eight NFL head coaching vacancies are starting to disappear, and fast. In the past few days, we’ve seen the Arizona Cardinals, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Green Bay Packers lock up their head coaches. With five openings left, former Packers head coach Mike McCarthy could conceivably be in the running for any of them.

But it doesn’t look like McCarthy wants just any of them. According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, he’s got his heart set on just one: the New York Jets

Good.
