I’m still not sure why the Bills were + 1.5 when other books were bill- 6.5..

$20/week for thr rest of the season is a total of $340.

I can Uber that amount of money in a couple weeks.

I’d be $ 50 bucks in the hole if I never hit one again..

This was a lark, bet.. I was going to get grass seed and on a whim, decided to put $20 bucks on my picks pool top 4 picks, as a point spread parlay.

Worked out pretty well.


My wife was mad at me when I told her that I went to the new casino, without her.

But she has an addictive personality trait..So I won’t enable her.

I am just going to pick my spots..

Week 2 in picks pool is usually a disaster for me.

So risking no more than $ 20 a week on a parlay seems best, if I feel lucky..

And given my life history, I rarely “feel lucky, punk??…”

I’m still not sure why the Bills were + 1.5 when other books were bill- 6.5..

Aren't parlays usually about 5 points off the spread ?

I hit a 14 team Super Teaser in Vegas, in '98.

It costed $100, paid $2000, plus you get the $100 back.

And I had Denver and Minnesota who also covered on my original ticket, but they told me I couldn't pick either team due to injuries to their QBs (John Elway and Brad Johnson).

Super Teasers used to have every team about 10 points off the spread, but nowadays they play around with the numbers, and certain teams you won't get 10 points off in a Super Teaser, it will be more like 6 or 7.

This is what I asked for..

Thought that was what I got.

Nope..

The Bills game, instead of week one.. is the Thursday night game against Miami…

That money is gone..

Not only did my picks not get made the way I wanted.. they split my games over two different weeks..

20 dollars to learn that a FN casino, employs idiots..


So no money for me, unless the Bills can pull off an upset, against Miami on Thursday..

FML.

I am sure you did, but you have to look over those tickets. You thought the Buffalo spread was strange, your subconscious mind knew something was up.

Well, maybe he did me a favor, because The Bills didn’t cover -6.5, which was Sunday’s game line.

Now the line is Bills + 2.5..for Thursday night.

Yea I was out doing Uber.. came home and turned on prime..

Just in time to see a pick six hi light, by Bullallo.. anyway, it was 24-10 at half time.. so I watched and realized the Miami was missing a starting guard, and tackle, and then TUA got concussion protocol sidelined..

I cracked open a beer..
