As you can, keep moving, walk a bit, go from a couch to a chair and back again frequently. Mobilization helps a lot as you recover from lung problems such as you've experienced. Don't overdo it, and definitely check with your pulmonologist, but movement is your friend, as are all of us. Great to see you back on here!!!!

I met with the doctor today. I told him I wanted to be a blood donor if I could help others in trouble. He was very happy, but said that testing is necessary.

Meanwhile they are trying to get me to eat better. At first they were more worried about choking after coming out of the feeding tube. I've been upgraded to their best food. It's still barely edible. I lost a lot of weight.

Just FYI. I think that finally actually has Cousins underrated.
