with Guerin in charge.
(OK, Yes, Evason too, but he is too stubborn for my tastes)

Really nice tight and suffocating D tonight in first
2 periods to take Knights totally out of their game.
Talbot excellent as well.

Cant remember the Radio Announcer's name but he is pondering retirement....would be a nice touch for FSN to put him on for a period....

Remember the same for Gordon and Carneal.

It's mind boggling that an announcer could be do bad that Anthony LaPanta is an upgrade. Because Panther sucks. Absolutely sucks. McGuire is worse, but LaPanta just sucks.

Speaking of amazing the Wild looked like a team that was going to go down without a fight once they blew that 2-0 lead in game 3. All of a sudden we're going to game 7. Let's go WILD!!!

I officially consider the season a success now.

Like to see them win game 7 but I think they already are " Over " in terms of realistic expectations.

I'll hold off until I see game 7. If the Wild show up and play like they are just happy to be there, I won't consider it a success. If they go out there with a look of... hey, we're here, we might as well win this damn thing... then I will consider the season a success.

Maybe it was a Herb Brooks thing where you skate this young big kid to get those players fired up to keep their spot....not a bad move if it was intended that way.

I was wondering which MAF would show up. The good one did but we just wore them down for the first time. Best all around game we've played all series. That win was deserved.

It would be hard to bench either Parise or Bjugstad now since they have both gotten goals in this playoff series. Let's go with the people we've got and hammer Vegas one more time.

And, by the way, I watched the game last night, so it turned out that wins and losses weren't dependent on whether or not I was watching. Whew. Good to know that. [:D]

I always watch the national broadcast over local when given the chance. Even though I don’t like the announcer, I still like to hear what the outsider’s takes are. I can listen to Lapanta and the locals any time.

Plus the picture quality, camera work, sound and just overall production are better on national.

Given the Wild's career record against LV, I wonder if they are in Vegas' heads a little at this point.

Between their record against the Wild and their record of blowing 3-1 series leads, I'd say they most likely are having some doubts about game 7.
If the Wild comes out and plays a full 3 periods of hockey the way we know they can it is going to be one hell of fun game to watch Friday night.
