This is what happens when you consistently trade down. You see studs flying off the boards while you are salivating over quantity. You might get a good player, but you miss out on a star.

so glad the phillips temptation is gone. I myself am ok with Darrisaw or Paye and a 2nd rd pick over AVT. Not sure anybody else in the first would work for me.

Jamin Davis by W. I often had him available in the 3rd or 4th round on PFF mock draft. He was rated higher but the system wasn't taking him on multiple occasions.
