ORIGINAL: ratoppenheimer . . Courtney Cronin@CourtneyRCronin Has Mason Cole's play in Garrett Bradbury's absence necessitated a conversation about whether he'll stay part of the current OL group when Bradbury comes back? Zimmer: "We’ve had that conversation, we’ll just have to see this week in practice. Bradbury hasn’t been here in 2 wks or I think he’s missed two weeks now. We’re just going to have to sort it out this week. But Mason’s done a really nice job. He’s done a terrific job. We’ll just try to figure this out. It’s better than having no options." Courtney Cronin@CourtneyRCronin Deion Sanders just called Mike Zimmer in the middle of his Monday-after Zoom call and Zimmer answered in the middle of his availability. El oh el. What's Mason's PFF scores. San Diego might have the worst interior DLine in the league. Seems like just about every run play we had a 3 yard push, with the RBs finishing it off. 74.6 at Baltimore, 60.9 at LA Chargers Bradbury weeks 1-8 (bye 7) 37.4, 70.8, 58.7, 60.0, 65.5, 54.5, 59.7 Bradbury has had a few good weeks. Two games isn't enough to judge Cole but it appears he is a slightly yet noticeably better center than Bradbury. Kind of like what every last person that follows the team already figured. PFF ain’t scripture … as you point out, most in here have seen enough of Bradbury to evaluate. Cole may or may not be better or maybe he’s only good at limited things or maybe he’s like Hill, decent for short fill-in stretches … He has played well enough in 2 games to get starter time over the abject failure. If Cole regresses or disappears … then Zimmer can have his organizational mathematical debate over 1 + 1 = ?
