Not happy.

ronhextall -> RE: 2022 NFL draft (4/28/2022 8:31:06 PM)

Trader Rick just had an orgasm.

Would rather take the BPA.

joejitsu -> RE: 2022 NFL draft (4/28/2022 8:31:22 PM)

I might be in bed before we make our first pick.

TJSweens -> RE: 2022 NFL draft (4/28/2022 8:32:07 PM)

Great! We gave a division rival a game breaker.

We better have gotten a haul to drop this far

If you can believe the report we didn't. We moved down 20 picks in the first round to move up 12 picks in the second round. You can't make this up. It's one of the worst value trades I've ever seen. Or are we keeping our second rounder. Not what I heard at first.

Steve Lentz -> RE: 2022 NFL draft (4/28/2022 8:32:58 PM)

That could really come back to haunt us. Now we play against Williams twice a year.

Chris Olson -> RE: 2022 NFL draft (4/28/2022 8:33:14 PM)

the analytics tell me that the sweet spot for the draft is between 32 and 34

David F. -> RE: 2022 NFL draft (4/28/2022 8:34:52 PM)

Has anyone checked the points swap? It feels like we got f u c k e d

Really? Cause the analytics tell me that you just made that up. [;)]

Bill Johanesen -> RE: 2022 NFL draft (4/28/2022 8:36:49 PM)

The Rich Hill draft chart has gotten some pub. #12 = 347. The return = 435.

A win on points, but facing Jameson twice a year, as posted today = Ugh.

Points may work out... but i don't like it... if you had GAINED both 2 & 3... ok.... instead trade to let lions get a difference maker in the division... don't like it.

Now granted... they'll ruin him... but still

Daniel Lee Young -> RE: 2022 NFL draft (4/28/2022 8:38:05 PM)

Of all the option at ****ing 12.. they picked a drop to the bottom of the round?

Are they going to try to move back up, or di we just pass on all first round talent to farm picks?

Fn Spielman is laughing his ass off while he twerks in front of the TV…

Looks like we came out -50 points per the Rich Hill trade chart.

But we also gave up a 2nd

Bill Johanesen -> RE: 2022 NFL draft (4/28/2022 8:38:38 PM)

Another chart, #12 = 1200 with the return at 1430.

Edit - we gave up 440 more which would be 1640 if we gave up the 2nd.

Something doesn't sound right.

Murph -> RE: 2022 NFL draft (4/28/2022 8:39:03 PM)

Really bad trade

Oh, I didn't see that.

475 vs 435 = a loss if we did give up a 2nd.

Bill Jandro -> RE: 2022 NFL draft (4/28/2022 8:40:07 PM)

I thought this Kwesi dude was suppose to be smart....

Surely Det 2023 1st rder has to be included

Viking Rich -> RE: 2022 NFL draft (4/28/2022 8:40:14 PM)

Sounds like the Lions got our 2nd round pick

David Levine -> RE: 2022 NFL draft (4/28/2022 8:40:19 PM)

The Vikings have made a rare inter-divisional trade with the Detroit Lions. The deal sees the Vikings sending the 12th pick in the first round, along with the 46th pick overall (second-round pick) to Detroit in exchange for the 32nd pick (final pick in the first round), the 34th pick (second round), and the 66th pick (third round).

It was.

As part of the deal, Detroit gets to keep their 2023 1st round pick.

Viking Rich -> RE: 2022 NFL draft (4/28/2022 8:41:47 PM)

So all we did was really pick up the 66th pick???

Chris Olson -> RE: 2022 NFL draft (4/28/2022 8:42:00 PM)

actually drafttek points 1410 versus 1640

should have at least picked up detroit's 97 pick too (112 pts)

And moved up in the 2nd

Bill that's the only way this makes sense, but it's being reported that it's just 12-46 for 32-34-66. Hamilton or Davis or the WR that Detroit took could have been ours.
