A QB with his experience shouldn't need anybody in his ear telling him what to do. He should know the plays and be able to run the game plan on his own. That is what a true leader would do!

KOC has to recognize that Mattison is not the RB to catch passes out of the backfield.

That was Chandler's specialty in college. I'd rather have Akers as well.
