They had a stretch of impressive defense that got them a 10 point lead in 4th quarter. Then just relaxed and let it slip away. I mean yeah you can do all the salary/trade machine thing and come up with scenarios that work. But I’d think the Bucks would want draft picks included in any deal. They’d be trading for the future, not for now.

I doubt the reported severity of Antetokounmpo's injury. And I very much doubt he will be moved next week. They are protecting their asset, and they will be in a much better position to maximize their return in the off season. Last night's version of the Wolves was exciting and inspiring. Physical AF. Every time I get upset with Gobert's dull offensive game, he reminds me that he is still one of the very best defensive players in the game.

I don't think the Wolves need a Giannis scale trade. They need to address point guard and bench scoring. Donte is not a pg. Conley is done. Bones has some really good moments and some moments where you have to cover your eyes. He is good more than he is off, but I would like to see something more consistent in the playoffs. What's worse is that in year 3, Dillingham can't crack a rotation that is screaming for someone to step forward. A real PG acquisition would allow them to bring Donte off the bench and provide reliable offense with Naz.

So Rudy Gobert trade before 22-23 season and Conley and NAW before 22-23 season. KAT for Randle Donte trade before 24-25 season. Before 2025-26 season Connelly tried getting Durant. I wouldn't bet against Connelly.
