It's feeling like a major rebuild to me. At this point, we have a bunch of players who don't look like they want to be on the team. And I don't trust kam to make good choices with our draft picks and free agency options.

As for KOC being a "softie", none of that matters if you win. BUT, it's very difficult going from that to being a disciplinarian. Moreso that the reverse.

Fir point. To me KOCs biggest issue is no adaptability. Like Bill says he's just a nice version of Zimmer. Gonna be an interesting offseason.

I'm not saying he has no input on coach. He has all input on coach. He better have someone in mind that he knows is an upgrade. If he wants to bring in a retread like a Pete Carroll type. Pass. KOC would have to interview like all other options. If that makes sense. If said GM has someone in mind that he knows is an upgrade then there is no need to waste time with a KOC interview unless the Wilfs deem the dog and pony show is important.
