Playing for that next contract. Some cracks were starting to show in his game, so I’m sure he wanted to try to establish his value.

• The TD to Oliver was ripped through a window before the DB could close

• The athleticism to avoid the safety and convert the 1st down

• The deep out to Addison

The talent is there if the learning catches up.

Focused on throwing to the seams. That is what JJ can do well. Every TE caught a pass the first drive.
