A 'sway' can be disguised by a very large number of penalties, a slight bias in the 1st half IN FAVOR of the team they want to lose (or to not cover the spread), followed by a strong bias in the 2nd half for the team they want to win (or to cover the spread). It could be a 'sway' for Miami to win, or more likely to just cover the spread. Except the Dolphins losing the TD with the guy barely stepping out of bounds, and the challenge where the Vikings ended up getting the fumble called, is more than a slight bias in the Vikings' favor.
