Me, Too, Jeff. But I don't think the Hawks can afford him. [:D] He's a talented player who has all of those typical Russian player traits (i.e. moving at speed with the puck, endurance, defensive awareness, etc.) but he seems to disappear at certain times during a season.

That was a great game last night, huh? I was sitting on the edge of my seat a couple of times in the third period and in overtime. Sometimes, you feel that it's not fair that someone has to lose a game like that. Hard fought all the way.

Nah, rumor is he's headed to MN. Washington realizes, now, how important a FO specialist is late in a game. Straight swap, Mikko for OV8. Pretty solid source is confirming this inside my head.

Holy cow.

Hockey is incredible ...
The Hawks dominate the Ducks today, much worse than they did us in any of the four games ..... Yet they lose 4-1.
Ducks had the goaltending and finishers today ..... that we did not.

Charlie Coyle finished off a good tourney for himself in Czechoskavakia.
USA takes a bronze, with a really ugly roster. Good showing.
Canada steamrolls everyone for gold.
