We have chose a third greatest RB of all time. By edging out Rick Fenney, Barry Sanders becomes the board's choice as the 3rd greatest RB of all time. The list now looks like this: 1) Adrian Peterson 2) Walter Payton 3) Barry Sanders So take a moment and vote for the dude you think belongs next in the list. Well I just saw an interview of Emmitt Smith on ESPN Classic. He was asked "who was the greatest running back of all time ?" His reply: "Without a doubt, it's Walter Payton. He's at the top of the list. Trust me, top of the list."

Used to be, and in most cases still is, it was the knees, that defensive teams try to takeout for running backs. Ever since “ bountygate “, a more subtle shift has taken place to include ankles into the mix.

Some people are saying Frank Gore is a future HOFer. That's a tough one. You can't help but be impressed by his consistency and longevity.
