I would sit the following on Sunday.

Cousins
Cook
Thielen
Jefferson
Smith

Call up one of the QB's from the practice squad. Get some work for Udoh.

I would play the overpaid S's on all special teams units.

The ont good thing about GB is they are always one tiny step away from a total collapse, when AAron gets upset
He turns on them all quick, when he fails.
Alls great, when they do as he says and he looks good.
But slip up and make him look bad? YOU in trouble.

Last post before I puke. Game could still go either way. It was early. Titans block a FG and return to GB's 18. Penalty, offside. Even the "booth ref" they employ every game (forget who this one was) said after commercial...."There wasn't a single Titan offside there, not sure what they saw".

It's unwatchable.

One of several last night
Game still in balance ... GB RB steps out at 44, runs to the 9, GB ball at the 9
Ref looking right at the foot we all saw out of bounds
That kick block play was the worst, felt completely Viking-ish
Easily could have swung the game, but the refs were having none of that
Love it when it gets so bad that the announcers just kind of go ... "uhhh, moving on"
As in yeah, we see GB getting the breaks, but lets pretend we don't
Rodgers works the refs the minute they hit the field
They are all lining up to be his fave. Is that smart? Hell yeah on his part. Sucks for the rest of us.
They fawn like little kids around him. He's so funny! He's so good! He likes me, he really likes me!

And isn't it something...

No replay of him going OOB until they're at the line running the next play.

Yahoo Sports
J.J. Watt gives passionate speech about accountability, says the losing 'sucks' most for Texans fans

By this point in a terrible NFL season, it’s understandable if some players let their minds wander to the offseason.

J.J. Watt isn’t happy to be seeing it with the Houston Texans.

The Texans are 4-11 after losing to the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday. It has been a miserable season for everyone involved. Watt was fed up, not just with the losing but apparently with some of his teammates’ commitment late in the season.

He said the Texans owed their fans more than they’re getting.

Watt spoke about accountability and specifically how it relates to the Texans fans.

“They care, every single week,” Watt said. “We’re in Week 16, we’re 4-11 and there are fans who watch this game, who show up the stadium, that put in time and energy and effort and care about this. So if you can’t go out there, you can’t work out, you can’t show up on time, you can’t practice, you can’t want to go out there and win, you shouldn’t be here. Because this is a privilege. This is the greatest job in the world. You get to go out and play a game.

“If you can’t care enough, even in Week 17, even when you’re trash when you’re 4-11, if you can’t care enough to go out there and give everything you’ve got and try your hardest, that’s bullsh--.”

Trade for JJ

He'll give Zimmer the grit this team lacks.

And Zimmer won't even have to try and coach him up.

I'm pretty sure Rodgers and management ripped into the officiating after our game. They actually called holding and we got a couple other breaks.

Haskins released today.

Gophers hoops for me.

Jeezus , is Buffalo the new GB?
No one was within 6 feet of that ball
What kind of reffing was that?

Excited to see the Bills get disappointed at some point
Having fun, and being obnoxious are separated by a thin line

17. Minnesota Vikings (6-9)
Week 16 ranking: 18

New Year's resolution: Commit to using star receivers

The Vikings can absolutely be a run-first team if they want to continue to carry that philosophy into 2021. It'd probably help if they were less predictable, like running less on second down, and one way to execute that is by prioritizing an uptick in usage for Justin Jefferson and Adam Thielen. Minnesota has two star wideouts who should each be nearing double-digit targets every game and relied on in critical situations, such as two-minute drives and helping the team get back into contention when playing from behind. -- Courtney Cronin

Not a bad pick to pull for, but they seem a ways away yet
I don't have my fallback Pats or Raiders this year
"Whoever is playing the Packers" will be my favorite team of all time each weekend from here out
I'm glad there is a KC in the way, even tho I probably will not pull for them to repeat

We need a 3rd receiver that we can use to spread the field with and 2 G's to solidify the line.

Less running formations with 2 TE's or a TE and FB. Spread the field and let Dalvin deal with less humanity to sift through. You can run well with 3 and 4 WR formations if you do it right.

I understand it's a long shot, but I'm used to pulling for the Vikings, so I'm comfortable with that. I don't bandwagon jump to the favorites.

Two thumbs up for the MNF crew this season
MUCH better
I mean, easy to be better than what they had, but still ... Riddick and Griese were pretty professional and informative imo
None of them were grating, or trying too hard.

well...what we have is SOOO GOOOOD

https://www.si.com/nfl/browns/news/cleveland-browns-sign-alexander-hollins

Monday, the Cleveland Browns announced the signing of wide receiver Alexander Hollins from the Minnesota Vikings practice squad. He will be on the active roster for the remainder of the season and at least two playoff games, which means they signed him with the intent to keep him.

Hollins was an undrafted free agent out of Eastern Illinois that signed with the Vikings in 2019. He appeared in five games with the Vikings in 2019, starting one and catching two passes on four targets for 46 yards, both going for first downs.

Funny Courtney didn't mention that 2nd year tight end too....those three are able to get open.
