Eddie! This is fun.

He's getting some #'s together that one wants to see in a corner OF.

Maturing??

Rowson is the man

I like Rowson. Dude has a good track record from his Yanks' time. And I think these guys are making good longterm adjustments (see Rosario, Buck, etc.). We just have to be patient because these guys are all kids. Stick with him.

No doubt. Did you see that swing out of zone stat I posted, Ed? I think that's the key. Baby steps.

Yeah, I saw that. Getting there. Discipline and pitch recognition are getting there.

These last 2 HRs he was looking for those pitches and that swing is so smooth when he's on it.

Take productive outs. Better than strikeouts.

Also baby steps.

Yep. He's got really great wrists/bat control. One of those "good bad-ball hitter" guys. The key is the recognition.

Athleticism in the field is not overrated.

It was brought up how bad the OF was a few years ago. Unreal

KC set the standard for what guys can do in the OF and change games. MN has that dynamic if players continue to mature.

12 pitch inning; Gee says he feels healthy. Bizarro world to see this guy and Colon come in and contribute at a high level.

Lewis is 2-2.
Am liking that pick more and more. Hungry kid that just wants to play, not hype it like others in that class.

Yep. And hopefully a guy like Romero can help us forget about Greene, even if he becomes what he can be.

How fast do you feed Rooker?

6 HRs at FTM. Lower avg...but I give him every option to start 2018 at Chatt.

I agree. As long as he finishes the year strong at FTM the next couple weeks. No reason to delay him. Could give us some interesting options for depth in a couple years.

All for that. Esp. if Dozier is gone after 2018.

If Rooker can learn some first

you have Mauer/Sano/Kepler/Rooker that can play first, DH, and 2 that can play corner OF spots

LaMonte Wade could be the other OF guy. Speed and pop and can play all 3.
