If Griff comes back, I'd seriously consider putting him on the Left Side.

Hunter is thriving at RDE, and is more built like a classic RDE, while Griff's size is more like a LDE.

Zimmer said early on Hunter is a pure RDE, and Grif started on the left side. Easy call IMO.....

It makes so much sense. It'll also probably help Griff "age" better.

Provided he can come back at all. Fingers crossed for the big guy.

Agreed

Hunter winning lots of 1-1 matchups

And he's getting better by the week.

I think 2 games ago, he barely had an inside move. Now its devastating.

He has as much potential as any defensive player I've ever seen.

Totally raw coming out of college and still hasn't turned 24...

Zimmer has alluded to it. Said if Hunter could ever develop inside moves, he'd be elite.

I think the same of Weatherly...he doesn't have the tools of Hunter but he sure has improved.

He's a middle-class man's Hunter.

That's not a bad thing at all.

2 streaks continue

Thielen / 100 yds

Hunter/Sack a game(at least)

Looks like the Steelers are going to win. I thought Cincy had finally pulled one out on them...

They're both so good against the run, too. Weatherly rotating in to keep both fresh.....

Don't know if it'll happen but having a fresh Griff in the homestretch would be a big boost.

Missed him when he faded with foot injury last year bit time.
