Jets are better than people give them credit for. We can't afford to go to sleep against them. Third rookie QB we get to face this year. One we beat. The other torched us. Let's give him a good introduction to Asswhooping 101 NFL Style.

Yeah they give up plenty of yards but not a lot of points relative to the yards. I see they've caused 15 turnovers this year. Yards-wise on offense they are 27th in the league passing and 7th rushing. Their special teams are excellent - could argue top 5 in the league.

Hopefully Richardson has an ax to grind with the Jets and plays like a man possessed

Kind of a Jekyll/Hyde offense. Scoring by game 48,12,17,12,34,42

They look like they are due for another game in the teens.

Agreed

Also, for some strange reason Cousins plays much better on the road.
He's avg 380 yds per on the road and like 260 at home

Got to have it with the Saints coming up (I have a bad feeling about that game, going to be a shoot out and Zimm will try and run on 2nd and long too many times).

This will be a tough game. Plenty of variables in this game. They're strong in the trenches on both sides. I Don't think they have the offensive weapons to really hurt us though collectively they could all do enough. Powell is good out of the backfield, Enunwa if healthy could be too physical for Mac in the slot, Robbie Anderson can always get behind the coverage.

Our Oline improved last week but bad lines usually don't travel well. Even though they played well at GB and LA.

Tough one to predict, I see a 3 point game, Kirk finds a way.

They somehow gave up 380 yards to Bortles.

Another win for the good guys, but it might be an ugly one. Cousins is better on the road this year than he is at home, so that should help.

Jets have two defensive TD's which pad the ppg stat.

Yes, second in the league in takeaways, but they give it away almost as much.

Darnold has been pretty aggressive and his accuracy hasn't been great. Should be able to pick him a time or two.

Anderson is a burner, but not much of a route runner, pretty much all go routes. Can't let him get behind our secondary.

I should point out that the Vikings have two defensive TDs...

S Marcus Maye and CBs Buster Skrine and Trumiane Johnson all didn't practice today and may not be able to play on Sunday and the Jets were already poor at defending the pass.

Another perfectly thrown TD.

Cousins is absolutely uncanny on EZ throws.

love the effective ground game. All he does is catch first downs treadwell. Cousins in the swirling wind throws a perfect pass.

DEFEND THE RUN!!
