Better use every draft pick on OL because it doesn’t matter if it works Zimm is going to run it a lot.

100 yards rushing by half time----89 by Cook. Ummm what?

Most of that was on 1 play.

underrated play of the game:

Sherels 24 yard return to set up the FG at the end of the half.

HUGE

Agreed.

Sherels and Wile also contributing with 2 punts downed inside the 5 yard line.

Sherels is money.

Well you know if you don't get a sack on every play, it will show up on the PFF grading charts.

Very true, Dalvin Cook will never be the player that Almira is.

Wile has been very good all year. Big upgrade over Quigly down under.

Bailey getting most consistent with each passing game.

Good thing Wile is punting well, Sherels returns well, and Bailey kicks well, that way Richard Solomon isn't messing with their mechanics.

I was hoping Bailey could early on, put a few good games together so Richard Solomon didn't mess with his mechanics.

Thankfully Richard Solomon's unit giving up the 1st down on a fake punt didn't ruin the day.

I hate to do this, but since I got nothing better to do, WHO THE **** IS RICHARD SOLOMON? I suspect I just wasted about 30 seconds of my time.

Marty feels that Mike Preiffer is to Mike Zimmer as Richard Solomon was to Denny Green.

Thank you David, I thought just about any Vikings' fan would know the name Richard Solomon, but it is from a little while ago.

You are correct David, and I pointed that out a few months ago, and then someone came to the same conclusion in the game day thread a few weeks ago, not sure if they were quoting me, just came to the same conclusion ???

This dude has made the best decisions, in the toughest job, for YEARS. Highly, highly underrated imo.

Happy to not be annoyed by the refs to day.

I Finally realized they do a much better job, when we win.
Took me awhile to realize this.

have to chuckle tho ... first 2 weeks of the year ... EVERY QB sack was flagged.
Half-way in? GO GET EM BOYS
QBs got jacked up all over the league yesterday, and nary a flag.
Either the D all became geniuses overnight at weight shifting and distribution ... or it was a typical NFL overreaction cycle (that typically just fades away)

Great play calling on the first drive!

This post from 12:14PM is the last I saw of the game. After working 31 of the previous 52 hours including two overnight shifts and not having slept since 4PM on Saturday I made a terrible mistake and put a quilt over myself while watching on the couch. I couldn't overcome that damn comfy quilt. I woke up and the next game was already on. I do take satisfaction in saying truthfully that for one Sunday afternoon I made nothing but 100% positive posts in the game day thread.

The NFL said the rule didn't change, the interpretation of the rule changed.
