Patriots fans think they have this game already wrapped up.

NOPE. Vikings will give them a game they weren't expecting.

Patriots are my second-favorite team, and I've thought all year that this is one the Vikings can steal.
I feel something good about the matchup.
Pats don't need this one. Vikings do.
Winning in Seattle is almost impossible for us. We really don't have much choice this Sunday. Beat the Pats.

My 2nd favorite team is whoever is the playing the Packers, not sure how you can have a "set" one though. WTF? :)

Are we gonna start that one again?
Let it go.
I get it.
I'm not a real fan.

Its called "having a go-to, to follow for another month, once my favorite team gets their asses eliminated AGAIN"

Patriots are usually good for showing you what weaknesses your team has.

What I think will be exploited:

1) Preifer's special teams
2) Wayne's soft coverage
3) Hill or Compton
4) Treadwell
5) Find ways to take advantage of Vikes aggressive DL
6) Cousin's weaknesses

The Patriots are too competitive to just give a game like this away, even if they don't need it. At home, they are always tough.

Nobody said they wouldn't be and they never just give a game away. They are usually too well prepared for that.

That doesn't mean they can't be beaten and if the Vikings minimize mistakes they will win.

Don't know where you got that. Seattle is not very good other than Wilson.

And the Pats need to make up one game on KC for HFA in the AFC.

Belichick is singing the praises of Zimmer, Smith, and the Vikings in general. Make no mistake - this is to try and get the Vikings out of desperation mode. Classic Belichick.

I thought that too, Bigo, for most of the year
Been watching their games the last couple weeks tho (is that allowed as a Viking fan?)
That gosh-darned Russell Wilson is finding a way again, to get stuff done.
I guess my long-winded point was that IMO ... it'll be harder to win in Seattle than it will be in NE, for us at this point. IMO.

Its hilarious watching his psychological warfare games play out with the media, his team, and their opponents.
The rubes in town yesterday swallowed it whole. "he loves the Vikings!" "he loves Zimmer!"

Sway leans Pats this time.

Heavy betting on the Vikings, not good.

Pats -7.5, dropped 2.5, now it's -5.

Last week, there was more betting on GB.

The Packers had a lot of players injured right before they played the Vikes, Perry/King/Daniels/Geronimo/Cobb, and Brice during the game. The Packers subconsciously knew they would lose to the Vikes.

Need to watch the injuries to Diggs and Rhodes closely, hopefully it's not similar with the Vikes subconsciously believing they will lose to the Pats, and then have a couple more players leave the game in the 1st half.

Not sure the Vikes can beat the Pats without Diggs, Hill could play like Rhodes for a game [this year's Rhodes has been a little off anyways], I anticipate Brady will lean towards throwing to whomever Waynes is trying to cover on 3rd and long, but will take advantage if any mistake Hill makes. How about a defensive TD for Hill, just like Hughes had earlier in the year ?

Crossing my fingers that the game is close enough where a Patterson fumble in the 4th quarter is the main thing leading the way towards a Viking's win.

I'm hoping that last night Tom Brady got a bad piece of fish for dinner and misses the game due to some intestinal issues.

I want a Vikings win with Tom Brady performing poorly.

Wet field could help the Vikes defense, turnovers could loom larger, and be more prevalent.

Wet field favors the team that runs the ball better, probably Patriots with Patterson, hopefully Cook gives them lots of trouble, and Patterson fumbles the game away for them in the 4th.

Was it rainy conditions when Patterson had that monster game in the 4th quarter against the Ravens, or was it icy ?

Favre used to do this.

Sing the praises of Viking CBs before he torched them. DeWayne Washington and Hitchcock were among the victims.
