Imagine a play in the endzone. WR makes a catch in the corner, feet in bounds. But the cornerback that's on the WR happens to be standing out-of-bounds. He has his hand on the ball while the WR catches it in-bounds. You're telling me that's not a TD?!?!!?

Agree with B, right call on the out of bounds but that "PI" was about the worst home cooking call I've ever seen. My God, that was brutal.

As you see, I think both were wrong.

Gotta be honest, doesn't feel great. Better than losing. But not great.

You may not like it, but that's the rule in college ball.

Whatever. If it happened in the endzone, no way it's called that way.

Both of those calls, which would normally go against the Gophers, were terrible. And if the Gophers were the team on offense for those 2 plays and we were trailing, we'd all be raising high hell about those calls.

Lost in this is we played well early, but played pretty terribly the entire 2nd half.

That offensive PI call was ridiculous. WE ARE NOT THE PACKERS OR THE COWBOYS!

The only UM RB I ever remember doing anything in the NFL was Marion Barber.

Bruce Smith, Darrell Thompson, , Rodney Smith, Barber Jr, Barber III, Maroney, Tapeh, Cobb.

It's a deep tradition.

of failure at the pro level

Some chatter regarding the OPI last night.

There aren't any good angles except where the ref was standing.

Looks like the Purdue player hand his hand on the DB in an effort to gain separation.

@notthefakeSVP

I will set up a go fund me to pay whatever fine Brohm gets for whatever he says or does after what was just done to his team.

That’s as bad a call as I have ever seen.

@KKiermaier39

Unbelievable way to have that game taken away from my boilers. One of the worst calls i can remember. Need to be able to challenge certain penalties because that was weak. Just brutal

Just looking at the replay, with no sound.

Purdue got hosed.

The DB was beaten anyway.

Wasn't that much of a penalty to draw a flag at that point.

Idk about that. We can't see the guys left arm which he more than likely pushed off with amongst the hand fighting just before the ball arrived.

The ref was in perfect position. The camera angles however, are not.

I'll take it.

Well were not, so live with it. He touched it before the catch. That's what the replay showed and what the replay officials and TV commentators saw.

It would depend on the timing of the touch vs catch.

So this is how the Packers and Badgers fans feel.

Except by the time you're 12 over there., you are so used to preferential treatment, it is not looked at like how we look at it
It feels dirty to us
It feels normal to them
Indy called for a record number of holdings yesterday in their game with the Pack
That stuff just seems normal to them.

All my conversations about the Gophers dirty win this weekend ended with

"I'll get back to you when we ever get even on "having games taken away from us""

Not that you can explain that to a Purdue fan or coach or player right now, but ...
Every other weekend used to end with Glen Mason Face, and the rest of us going ...
THEY CALLED WHAT ON US????

Still can't believe they didn't find a way to overturn that fumble in overtime.

Get this, in Michigan ...

The Wolverines beat Rutgers 52-0 last year
This year?
Michigan escapes in 3 OT, and Harbaugh was giddy afterwards.

My how the mighty .....
