Started with Sunday morning replays of their games on SD TV growing up

LOVE seeing them get waffle-stomped on national TV games.
They were pretenders all year, caught Clemson earlier at their weakest
belong nowhere near the final 4.
Hoping for another beat-down of them, since they are forcing them on us again.

That was a common response I read after the announcement.

Oh great, we get to see Notre Dame get routed again.

Playoff picks this year clearly show this is nothing more than a money grab.

I would say they need to expand the playoffs so some of these non power 5 teams could get in. but all they'd do is fill out the balance of the brackets with SEC teams.

A few weeks after he was honored was the 2020 Big Ten Running Back of the Year, the accolades keep coming in for Minnesota junior Mohamed Ibrahim. On Monday Ibrahim was named to the Associated Press All-American Team on the third team. He becomes the third Gopher to be named an AP All-American in the past two seasons after Antoine Winfield, Jr was named to the first team and Rashod Bateman was named to the third team in 2019. He is the first Minnesota running back to be named an AP All-American since Laurence Maroney in 2005.

Ibrahim had a great 2020 season putting up near record stats despite playing in just seven games. Mo led the Big Ten in rushing attempts (201), rushing yards (1,076), rushing yards per game (153.7), rushing touchdowns (15), scoring (90), points per game (12.9) and all-purpose yards per game (168.4), despite playing two less games than the majority of those below him in the statistical rankings. In just seven games Mo ranked amongst the best in the nation in several statistical categories— third in rushing yards per game, fourth in points per game, fifth in rushing touchdowns, sixth in all-purpose yards per game and eighth in total rushing yards.

Ibrahim broke or nearly broke several Minnesota rushing records in 2020. His rushing average of 153.7 yards per game is now tops all time in Gopher history and he tied the Minnesota record with four rushing touchdowns in a one game—and HE DID IT TWICE IN BACK TO BACK GAMES at Maryland and at Illinois. He has run for 100 yards or more in eight consecutive games dating back to the Outback Bowl vs Auburn on January 1st which is a school record. His 15 rushing touchdowns places him fourth in a single season behind Gary Russell’s 18 in 2005, Marion Barber III’s 17 in 2003 and Rodney Smith’s 16 in 2016, all in 12 or 13 games, not seven like Mo.

Fields was extremely impressive last night.

Lawrence not so much.

Least impressive was Dabo. Quite the blue print he layed out. Bad mouth your opponent all week giving them all the bulletin board material they need for motivation...

Fields is a game changer

Lawrence is a good qb

It would be amazing if the Vikings got Fields in the draft.

it would also be amazing if they cleaned house first, both of which won't happen.

Hoping he might slip due to the "Haskins Effect" but not after that performance.

Kid has a great arm and a damn accurate deep ball.

It should have been Cincy. They beat up pretty good on Florida, then predictably got it stolen from them by the zebras.

Cinn got beat in their bowl game by GA

A&M would probably have been the correct choice

Now the Big12 is trying to poach 6 Pac12 teams in an effort to remain revelant.

Appears "Brads" Pac12 is on it's death bed.
