Milwaukee Bucks (9-2):
What a difference a coach can make. The Bucks blew out the Warriors in Oakland last night to move to 9-2 on the season. They were expected to be a playoff team, but have started the season like one of the top teams in the league. Coach Mike Budenholzer has changed their approach for the better on both sides of the ball. Offensively, they have surrounded Giannis Antetokounmpo with shooters, and are second in the league in three point shooting rate. Defensively, they use their length to make everything tough, and rebound over 80 percent of opponents misses.

Giannis Antetokounmpo:
Doing everything for the Bucks. Flashing a 25.6/12.9/5.7 line, and currently has a league best DBPM leading one of the league’s best defenses. He still doesn’t shoot threes, but apparently doesn’t have to in order to be one of the dominant forces in the league.

I'm confused, do you like Anthony?

Rockets have bigger problems than Anthony.

I probably see him differently than most. Played bigger than he was his entire career.

15 year career, 24ppg.

IMO, one of the most unjustly hated players in the league.

Honestly It’s mostly sarcastic.

In Denver he posed the same problem that James Worrhy did in his prime (Although Carmelo was a way better shooter) Too big for the guys his size, and too quick for the bigger guys to check him.

Thought he just became a different player in New York.

The last straw for me was he didn’t want to play with Lillard and CJ... Thank Gawd..

Well even you have to admit that was a pretty brief stint for Melo in Houston Pete?

The Rockets play their best game of the year the first game Carmelo sits out...

Wouldn’t be too broken up over this if this became combustible...

Warriors are doing their best to keep Durant. Green expressed the tension though that some of the players are feeling about his possible departure. It's combustible. Little question in my mind that Durant is gone after this year.

Utah is really struggling. They scored 13 points in the 3rd quarter. 9 in the 4th, at Dallas.

Feels like some sort of sophomore jinx going on.
Had looked like the rising star of the league last year.
Now it has to be found out ... if it was legit, or an anomaly.
They just got embarrassed last night.

I think he ends up in NY (or somewhere that it will be HIS team).

I still think he goes back home to the Wizards.

As great as he is, he has never been the best player on his team(s).

Perceived or in reality?

Because he was the best player in OKC and GS.

Whether that's true or not, those GS teams will always be seen as Curry's.

I think that's why he doesn't go to LA. He doesn't want to win a title on "LeBron's team".

Agreed. He was better than Westbrook and he has been better than Curry the last couple years as his two Finals MVPs attest.

Somebody should remind him how good he is. How the Warriors looking without Curry?

He hasn't made a 3, in three games. His last win, sans Curry, was against the worst team in the East, and he was 9-23 from the field.

I think it's pretty clear that Curry makes that team go.

Just out of curiosity, anybody remember the last time the Warriors were held to 86 points?
