Henderson wants out of his USC commitment and Kiffin won't give it to him. The NCAA should allow it IMO

Dick Head Kiffen misrepresented what USC was facing to get Henderson to sign. The kid should not only get his release, he shouldn't have to sit out a year.

It's OK for the Jr & Sr to move, then the new recruits not knowing what they were getting into should also

USC had a change of heart and have given Henderson his release. Now how many schools have hung onto a scholarship to offer? Or do they all hold a couple back and then during the fall give it to a walk on that has earned it

Reports are he was in Miami all of last week. I'm sure they have something done already.

I heard USC had a change of heart because Henderson's dad has Kiffen on tape promising him that any NCAA would amount to a slap on the wrist.

NY Times says he'll be going to U/Miami, starting August 3rd,is academically eligible.

How good is new UM offensive tackle Seantrel Henderson?

"Seantrel is up there with Jonathan Ogden, Orlando Pace, Bill Fralic and Michael Oher as the best linemen I've seen in 31 years doing this," recruiting analyst Tom Lemming said.

The Gophers loss was big, but even a bigger loss was the #13 team, VT lost to James Madison U

Does that make Boise St win over them a less of a win?

Assuming BSU runs the table, VaTech's loss today is a huge blow in Boise's chances to get to the BCS title game.  Boise needs VaTech and Oregon St. to have good seasons to help them in the computer rankings because the WAC is atrocious this year (even moreso than normal).

After going undefeated and winning Rose Bowl, TCU lost to Baylor last night in a great game. TCU down 24, scored 25 unanswered to take a 1 pt lead only to see Baylor kick a late FG to win

Why do I love seeing Notre Dame suck every year?
Not sure .... but I do.
Another top-tier recruiting class, another off-season oif hype, another huge disappointment out of the gate.
Kinda started the day they got their own national network deal. Hmmm. Loving it.

It started for me the day Holtz bolted for there.  I was a little kid and that was probably the first time I realized that the UofM wasn't some powerhouse program I thought they were.  He left us high and dry.

There are certain teams I root for no matter what the situation

All MN teams and anyone playing:

ND
Puke
Cowpokes
Beers
NYY
Lakers
Duke
Michigan in any sport and especially college hockey
Any team based out of New England.  In fact, every time sportscenter (refuse to capitalize it) is on, I pray they lose power.

Had dinner last night with a buddy of mine (Michigan fan) and his wife (ND fan). My buddy was telling us how his wife had to leave the room during the ND game yesterday because she was scaring the kids. I chimed in that she shouldn't feel bad; the Gophers lost to a ranked team as well.

Can't believe I didn't get a drink thrown in my face and my buddy is still married today.

I'm jealous of your friend because he has a wife who loves football. My wife tolerates my interest in football, but wants no part of it.

Fresno putting it to the Huskers at half.
Nebraska fitting nicely into the Big Ten if this keeps up.
Good to see Iowa State stop the Hawkeyes today. Love those in-state battles.

Michigan / Notre Dame was unreal.

And now....several hours after the game ends....USC covers the spread?  Makes no sense to me at all.
