Can anyone explain to me what they're trying to do in ultimate frisbee? I've watched it on TV. Seems kind of like soccer with a frisbee?

It's closer to American Football. They pass the disc forward trying to cross the goal line. However there is no YAC or tackling. You are required to stop as soon as you catch the disk. It might be my favorite spectator sport. For every one great pass reception you see in American Football you will see 20 in a game of Ultimate.
