If Harris could learn to play some D, we'd really have something.

Desperately need Coffey back.

We don't really run a half-court offense, do we?

We have been horrible in the 2nd half. Almost unwatchable.

Losing Curry was a significant blow but losing Lynch was a death blow.

We are not a good shooting team and we will not be able to simply out score many opponents. Losing a defensive stud such as Lynch would pretty much cripple any team.

Murphy just injured his ankle. Great.

Put a fork in this season already.

I was actually serious about this comment at the time. We got much worse as the game went on.

Should he?

I say no.

He's had a couple of top 25 recruiting classes and some big transfers in and hasn't been able to do jack shit with it. Can recruit. Can't coach.

I don't pull the plug yet.

Bad breaks this year with Curry getting hurt and Lynch suspended.

Tough call this year....Curry, McBrayer, and Coffey Injuries and Lynch suspension were not really his fault. The defense scheme is on him though.

I will put some of the Lynch suspension on him. There were all kinds of red flags on him before Pitino gave him a scholarship.

Absolutely. Pleading ignorance in this case is apparently a family thing, following in Dad's footsteps of "I didn't know."

Somehow, I have the feeling that we are looking at the tip of the ice berg on this shit. This stupidity has been allowed to go on unchecked for decades. I think some big programs are in for a big fall.

Also included in the report is a more detailed account of an alleged incident involving, at the time, basketball recruits Adreian Payne and Keith Appling. Carolyn Schaner accused them of raping her in a campus dorm after meeting them at orientation. Neither was suspended.

Have always said ... the U of Minnesota always gets drug thru the mud it seems yearly, because of "student" misbehavior and criminal actions.
Or should I say .. drags itself into the mud. Because they admit it, take the punishment, and move on.
Have zero doubt as much or more goes on at EVERY major University in the country, just most hide it, cover it, ignore it, or bury it.
Its about time some of these Teflon Dons get taken down. Pitino was a start. Keep going.

Exactly! Minnesota just isn't any good at cheating, so why do we keep on trying to? Because everybody else does.......and gets away with it.
