Recap of 4th:

Wonnum - project DE. Makes sense. I trust Patterson.

Lynch - a Jalyn Holmes type player. Tweener.

Troy Dye - value pick. Athletic LB.

All the while some decent IOL come off the board. I think everyone should go back to their draft positions of need. Where did IOL rank for you?

I did a quick review and the lowest it looked was 3rd. Most had it #1 or #2.

Lemieux and Badass are the last two significant IOL on the board I think.
Lynch was ridiculously productive. Maybe he plays better than his measurables.

Exactly what we said about Holmes, And Mutafa.

Different human being.

No, the human beings that said that are the same.

Bryce Hall, CB from Virginia finally chosen.

Boy, that is clever. Rick's too smart by half with these late round trades.

Hey, according to most that's right out of Belicheks playbook.

Man, I'm going to be really bummed out if there is no football this year.

Not with packed fans in the stands. There may be a major shift in professional sports venues going forward where they will control fan attendance.

I think there will be football this year. People will have to be tested and/or vaccinated like we all were for polio, but there will be football and fans for most of the season. (I hope....)

Vaccine probably not available in time. If infection rates have slowed - I could see screening (temp) at gate. But imagine a guy has a temp gets denied and then tests negative. Masks mandatory.

More likely is a game played in empty stadiums.

Not sure what sources you are watching, but yesterday we had the most infections in any one day to date.

Increased testing elevates the numbers. One of the facilities I monitor had 2 people test positive a month ago. Now, all six guys tested positive this past week. No symptoms or anything. Testing is the key.

We've tested about 1.56% of the population to date. Increased testing where?

Brad, I like you and don't want to argue semantics with you. I just know what I see as a social worker for the state of Illinois. Most of my folks have been tested in the past two weeks, some of them more than once.

Take whatever data you were getting and take it times 20. By the end of Summer, 20-50 million people will have had it and didn't know it.

@VikingsPR
Minnesota trades the 10th pick of the fifth round (155th overall) to the Chicago Bears in exchange for a 2021 fourth round selection

Which will likely be a high pick, right? Will the Bears be good this year? Maybe.

Boy, that is clever. Rick's too smart by half with these late round trades.

Bears 2021 fourth probably 40 picks earlier than this one. I think that is very good value.

RS auditioning for GM spot after he is fired:

- I made the most trades during the 2020 Virus Draft
- I left the team in great shape with an extra 4th
- Set record with 13 Day 3 picks

The Happy Norseman -> RE: NFL Draft 2020 (4/25/2020 1:47:24 PM)

So when all is said and done, Spielman is obviously okay going into the year with a starting oline of:

Reiff - Elflein - Bradbury - Samia - O’Neill

Incredible...

I really think the bears are going to have a long year this year. There is a lot of drama going on down here with the qb stuff and the loss of some players. The pack, though, could have a really bad year.

I like the Proche kid from SMU

I like Tyler Johnson better.

I like Johnson too. But Proche's vertical game catches are unreal.

Because maybe Udoh competes at LG.

The time to find starters is long gone. We need guys to develop across the line, but starters? Not now....

I think they resign Klein and scout movement across the league---cuts, potential trades, etc.

Brad H -> RE: NFL Draft 2020 (4/25/2020 1:52:22 PM)

My picks to win the Super Bowl:

1. San Francisco
2. Tampa

Well, first pick of round 4 this year is 48 picks earlier than the pick we traded to the Bears, so probably 30-35 pick differential.
