ORIGINAL: Bruce Johnson Dantzler makes me think of Matt Blair. He was the second LB selected by the Vikings in 1974, but he was the one that was extra special. Dantzler was the second CB drafted by the Vikings this year. It's way too early, but he might be the one that is extra special. Gladney will be very good, but IF Dantzler can stick with Thielen like that he just might be better. How is Dantzler in run support? No mention of his run support here. https://walterfootball.com/scoutingreport2020cdantzler.php Just concerns about his build, which implies questions about his run support. Says he had 43 and 40 tackles his sophomore and junior years, he came out after his junior year? I'll let you know after the Tampa Bay game when he gets the opportunity to tackle Gronk. while re-watching the games from last season i've noticed that hughes doesn't like to touch the ground...he tackles high then throws the ballcarrier down...not good.... it may be dirty and physical and more of a strain, but wrap up the legs - it's more of a sure thing and ultimately we'll save yardage....
