ORIGINAL: bstinger Twins suck. I switched from Direct TV to Dish to save $60 a month for 3 years and get a 500$ gift card. Downside/Upside is Bally's isn't included. I guess I'm done watching this shit show of a baseball team for a while. We'll see if they do something to get me to subscribe to their streaming platform for $20 a month. It will probably take a strong start by the Wild or Wolves to get me to pony up. I'm so frustrated with pro sports and athletes and tired of paying through the nose to watch them disappoint me year after year. [sm=dillydilly.jpg][sm=ditto.gif] Do the Twins still suck? A little less. This ease's the sting of the Royals sweeping us but it doesn't erase it. Rocco may have finally figured out that Wallner is a player. I've been clamoring for him to get more time most of the season. Love that Kepler has woken up for whatever reason. Hope he keeps it going. Rocco still fails to understand that if a home game is tied after the 8th inning, a save situation is impossible and there is no point in saving your closer for a moment that has 0% chance of happening. He has done this numerous times this season. I'd like to be clear about what you are saying with, "there is no point in saving your closer for a moment that has 0% chance of happening." Are you saying you think Rock is misusing Duran based on his interpretation of how stats are applied? No. I'm saying he is eliminating the possibility of using his best reliever until he is probably down to a choice of Sands or Duran in the 12th inning, which we are unlikely to get to.
