That makes both of those teams less likely to trade down to 11 unless we're offering crazy value.

It also makes the Giants pick at 6 significantly more valuable than our 11 - because either team could trade down to 6 and guarantee a Top 3 WR still.

So Penix at 11 might be the most realistic option.

I could easily see the Bears trading down from 9 to 12 or 13 to let the Broncos or Raiders poach our guy.

I don't think we can consider standing pat at 11

We don't have to draft a QB this year. More will be available next if this year doesn't work out. I personally feel this year will work out.

I don’t see any way that Kwesi waits and enters his final year needing a rookie QB to save his job.

If Daniels is still on the board, there is no chance of the Pat's trading out of that pick. If Daniels is gone, the Pat's could be a willing trade partner because they don't like Maye.

That is the opposite of what I'd been hearing prior...

Can't believe anything at this time

But it is also a reminder that no matter how much we are willing to give up to trade up, if the teams there are set on taking one of the "top 3" QB's, then we are screwed

I think it will feel like quite a letdown to be "stuck" with McCarthy at 5
