Yeesh.. our offensive “ coaching” is simply lame..
His offensive "prowess" is hype. I think he's a good overall coach that would benefit from a real offensive coordinator.
As long as KOC isn't responsible for the game clock, time management, challenges, use of timeouts.
His primary responsibility would be to have press conferences, which with the Minnesota nice media he is great at.
I was thinking maybe if he wasn't concerned about calling plays he could pay attention to other coaching duties. You may be correct though.
I think his ceiling is asst. offensive coordinator for passing or whatever it was with the Rams where McVay and whoever handled the in-game stuff.

Exactly. Another media creation. The media supports the NFL and bolsters their bottom line by fabricating so-called stars and superstars.
Flores has become less of a "mad scientist" and more of a Zimmer in recent games. Not very impressive. He needs to get back to being creative.
It was about this time last year the code on his D was broken. Maybe his crazy stuff has a shelf live of 2/3rds of a year until OCs really dial in.
