The missed call on the obvious safety shows an obvious bias that the refs think the Lions are the better team.

Calls and no calls going one way is very hard for the opposing team to overcome.

Richard Neussendorfer -> RE: WEEK 18: @ Lions 1-05-24 7:20PM CT (1/5/2025 8:24:12 PM)

Well. Now we see why Darnold wasn't held down by a franchise.

Bill Johanesen -> RE: WEEK 18: @ Lions 1-05-24 7:20PM CT (1/5/2025 8:24:15 PM)

TOTAL choke!

marty -> RE: WEEK 18: @ Lions 1-05-24 7:20PM CT (1/5/2025 8:24:59 PM)

Sam needs to settle down.

I think Sam should run the ball on 2nd down, so the Lions respect the fact that he could run.

Officials have almost no bearing on this game.

They missed the safety. But we should’ve got a TD after that.

Bingo. Having said that I don't understand how they get that wrong.

There's no accountability for them when they mess up a call. They let the review booth fix it for them.

Bill Johanesen -> RE: WEEK 18: @ Lions 1-05-24 7:20PM CT (1/5/2025 8:29:45 PM)

Who cares? It's almost half time and we have 3 points, a total gift at that.

David Levine -> RE: WEEK 18: @ Lions 1-05-24 7:20PM CT (1/5/2025 8:30:21 PM)

Seifert:

The Vikings have just played 7 goal-to-go downs. They threw on six of them and Cam Akers had one run. No touches for Aaron Jones. Overall, they have 18 dropbacks and five runs. The passing game got them here, but context matters at least a little.

David Levine -> RE: WEEK 18: @ Lions 1-05-24 7:20PM CT (1/5/2025 8:30:45 PM)

Need this!!!

Bill Johanesen -> RE: WEEK 18: @ Lions 1-05-24 7:20PM CT (1/5/2025 8:30:51 PM)

The Lions D is depleted and look at us.

I guess I don't understand how the "expedited" review can't at least say that was illegal touching. He threw the ball into the back of a lineman. Maybe he was eligible who knows.

David Levine -> RE: WEEK 18: @ Lions 1-05-24 7:20PM CT (1/5/2025 8:31:09 PM)

Yes!!

I love Dan Campbell.

I still don't get the Akers over Jones sets.

Murph -> RE: WEEK 18: @ Lions 1-05-24 7:20PM CT (1/5/2025 8:31:57 PM)

Make them pay now

Richard Neussendorfer -> RE: WEEK 18: @ Lions 1-05-24 7:20PM CT (1/5/2025 8:32:04 PM)

Can we get the real offense back.

marty -> RE: WEEK 18: @ Lions 1-05-24 7:20PM CT (1/5/2025 8:32:17 PM)

The missed call on the safety absolutely has a bearing on the game.

It was an obvious call that they missed, it shows bias.

Had the Vikings gotten the 2 points, Sam might have settled down, and the score might be 9-7 in favor of the Vikings right now.

Phil Riewer -> RE: WEEK 18: @ Lions 1-05-24 7:20PM CT (1/5/2025 8:32:28 PM)

Good field position three straight drives.
