The measures announced Saturday would affect about 36 coffee shops in the center itself — a little less than 20 percent of the city total.

I wasn't that drunk, mostly tired.  We had a hotel room and freedom from the little ones so sleep was one of the priorities. [:D]

They should enact that law on humans.  The dogs aren't the problem.

Sure, if you open your gifts carefully you can reuse the paper next year. [;)]

Next year???? When I was a kid i reused them the same day I opened them so I could reopen them on Christmas [:D]

I don't think I ever even noticed wrapping paper when I was a kid.  [:D]

Seriously though, it's pretty ridiculous what we've come to as a society in caring about wrapping paper in general.  Does it really matter if your present is wrapped in comic strips or wrapped in some $20 giftwrap?  What's the difference?
