Toby Stumbo -> RE:Questions and Answers (7/24/2007 9:30:50 PM)

What can we do to get more members?

Duane Sampson -> RE:Questions and Answers (7/24/2007 9:32:14 PM)

DeLain -> RE:Questions and Answers (7/25/2007 6:09:44 PM)

How does one get those cool new smilies on ones computer so I can send them in a email. I cut and pasted them into my email and they looked fine and were working, but they cam across as just a .gif without the flash.

Toby Stumbo -> RE:Questions and Answers (7/25/2007 6:43:57 PM)

Do you want to use them in your email or send them to somebody?

Duane Sampson -> RE:Questions and Answers (7/25/2007 7:14:13 PM)

Right-click on the smiley you want and "Save As" to your comp. Then when you paste them into your email, they'll animate.

The post dates on the board are correct, for instance, I see the post I'm responding to as Aug 1, 4:06a (my time) Also see the link at the bottom of the page "Remove cookies set by this forum" It will clear the cookie that identifies you to our site. Che Oesterreich -> RE:Questions and Answers (8/2/2007 7:32:10 PM)

Speaking of time related questions... Maybe I've missed it and this has already been asked but is anyone else in the Central time zone (GMT - 6 hours) seeing everything as one hour early? IE, I'm posting this at 12:30pm CST and the post will show as 11:30am for me. This is on both work laptops and my home desktop so doesn't seem to be a cookie issue, am I just crazy? **As a disclaimer, Todd's not allowed to answer**

Toby Stumbo -> RE:Questions and Answers (8/2/2007 7:33:35 PM)

-5 hours is what works for me, not sure the reason for this???

Northland Lurkers -> RE:Questions and Answers (8/2/2007 8:19:34 PM)

Make sure DST is checked.

Che Oesterreich -> RE:Questions and Answers (8/2/2007 8:22:01 PM)

Yup, that's what I was wondering...I don't see an option to factor DST in my profile. Is there a place in the site setup possibly?

Duane Sampson -> RE:Questions and Answers (8/2/2007 8:27:05 PM)

Try it now, Che

Che Oesterreich -> RE:Questions and Answers (8/2/2007 9:03:34 PM)

The site admins rock here...

Che Oesterreich -> RE:Questions and Answers (8/2/2007 9:04:06 PM)
The site admins rock here...
Yup, all good now. Thanks guys!

How do I set up an avatar? I have a picture that should work in my My Pictures file but I don't know what to put in the box for Upload Avatar from your machine in the Avatar Control Panel.

Toby Stumbo -> RE:Questions and Answers (8/7/2007 3:36:40 AM)
How do I set up an avatar? It has to be 60kb or less and can't be any wider/taller than 100 pixels. If it's too big you can attach it to a Private Message or email to me and I can resize it for you. :beer:
