internet explorer/ tools/ internet options/general/accessability / put a check in ignore specified web page colors and fonts then under colors on the tools/ / internet options/general tab/ colors button/ change the defaults for "visited" "unvisited" and "hover" and you should have no problems seeing links in posts

This is for the user by the name of "Marty", who has asked repeatedly, 'why am I getting emails about replies to threads?" At the top of the home page is an option called " my subscriptions" Open this option, scroll to the bottom and uncheck the threads you have somehow managed to become subscribed to. This will stop the emails. Cheers

FYI I am getting PM's from our posters asking what is up with the "server error" message that some are getting constantly trying to posdt or evennaccess this site... Time to clear some over larghe threads and replace the dead squirrles with some healther giniea Pigs or some tning.. Chop chop "site Admin" types..

It'll be fine, Danno. No server runs 24/7 365 without a few burps. It's probably just indexing a huge chunk of data, or having a hardware/software update or possibly a UPS power failure. Or maybe Erik changed the settings to search and delete bullshit posts. I could see it dragging on that task. [&:]

When the site goes down it goes down. What's frustrating and hard to understand is when it is 'down' for some but others are able to post. Or you can make up threads and piss off the mods and admins, can post in those threads but no others. Working or not working I can handle. When it gets like it gets it feels like being in a grocery isle. Your up and they tell you the register is down, then ask to help the next person.

I can assure you no favoritism was going on. You can tell by the dearth of posts during the "crisis" ([:D]) that very few people were able to get in, and even those in were hit and miss because only a few threads were working.

Couple of questions... I've cleared my inbox all but 2 messages but it says I have 23, why would that be? Also why doesn't this spoiler code work? [spoiler][/spoiler]...is that something that can be added easy enough? I think it could be useful...

Constantly insult the admins and are they there when you have questions? No. I've always been cool to the people. Just don't care about the titles. Perhaps I will add; If it pleases, your Grace, to future interactions with them.
