Couple pretty big losses to injury, and no one takes them lightly anymore ... every team new to the league takes them as the "big boys" now. Their games with UNO and the like ... are knock-down drag-outs. Same for them as the Gophers. The talent in the league and the country is being dispersed more evenly, imo ...... there are no patsies or pushovers anymore. Every team now gets kids, because they want to play right away. Blue-chippers don't go to schools anymore because of their loyalty to state or school, they go where they will get exposure and can get ice time and put up points. Back to UND ... My insider says they are currently down to 17 on roster (thats freakishly scary) 6 injuries, couple ineligibles, and one just recently "dismissed". They live on the edge with that program. Some bad breaks and poor decisions have really crippled them. Another tough loss last night.
