Didnt see the women struggling like this tonight .. but you know the old saying ... "its hard to beat the same team 17 times in one season" ...

Not comfy about the men right now ... expected they would open up a can tonight. Not happenin.

and frustrating

BSU looks a lot better tonight than they did in that game against SCSU I watched a few weeks ago. 

I think they have about 2 playmakers and a good goalie. 

And before Lynn gets on me about cheering for BSU.....if you went to a school, wouldn't you naturally root for them?  It would be weird if I didn't.

BSU has the perfect goalie to upset the Gophers.  He's from western Canada, where they completely disregard college hockey as meaningless.  No way he is intimidated by the Gophers.  The brand means nothing to him.  Plus he's a big dude that holds his ground against the dipsydoodle shit.

What the heck? I didn't say anything to Drew about cheering for BSU, why would I say anything to you? Not everyone in the state attends the University of MN (including me).

Look, if BSU wins the tourney, then the WCHA gets an extra rep in the big dance.  Gophers are in as a probable #1 seed no matter what.

The announcer says "THIS MIGHT BREAK THINGS OPEN FOR THE GOPHERS HERE."

Not 2 seconds later BSU breakaway and rebound, and BSU scores again.

I know I shouldn't be laughing so much.  Rarely does BSU get the last laugh against the Gophers.  Will be interesting to see how it goes tonight.
