I can't believe I am saying this, but I sure hope Alabama and KState or Oregon or anybody goes undefeated so thet Notre Dame cannot get into the National Championship game.  There is only on team on this planet I hate as much as the Yankees and thats the Irish!  Ugh!

Fukcin' Ducks. That was impressive.

I honestly don't remember ever seeing that much speed on the field. Beard and Rice (kicker and punter) are even fast.

You and I are agreeing more and more lately.
Ducks looked good but Marquis Lee was the best player on the field in terms of impact on the next level and today's performance.

Go Ducks!

Everybody loved Woods, but Lee is just amazing, and better. I still like Hopkins and Watkins better than both, but it's close.

JT2 -> RE: College Football (Future Vikings!) (11/4/2012 1:21:37 AM)

I know Art loves Geno Smith, but Tavon Austin is the future NFL stud in Morgantown. Even if he's 5-9, (If) he's going to be drafted early as a slot WR. He reminds me a little of Harvin. Certainly not as strong, but faster and better hands.

Andy Lowe -> RE: College Football (Future Vikings!) (11/4/2012 6:23:27 AM)

Ryan Shazier, should would look good in purple. He could be that speed LB our defense so despartely needs!

thebigo -> RE: College Football (Future Vikings!) (11/4/2012 11:54:09 AM)

Let's not kid ourselves. Any Pac10 team (if they make it) will be crushed by the SEC rep in the BCS Bowl

I have not posted here in a long time but I have to disagree with Lee being better than Woods. As a USC homer I see Woods drawing the double teams more often than not which allows Lee to be single covered. Watch many of Lee's TDs and you will see one defender on him.

I remember a debate years ago about Lavelle Hawkins being better than DeSean Jackson which was ridiculous. Now Lee is infinitely better than Hawkins but he is benefiting from playing opposite Woods.

All I will say is wait until next year and Lee is facing those double teams. Perhaps the other WR (Nelson Agholor) will become the next Lee?

IDK, Lee could be the best WR on USC but I would take Woods in the first round next year (if I was taking a WR in the first round) over any other WR in the country.

I do like Kenjon Barber as a change of pace RB though. A lot.

Okay, this isn't college level. But here's a future pick:

I do agree that Woods looks to be a better NFL prospect than Lee.

Woods is solid .. but like most WR's, will not make an immediate impact.
I'm starting to understand how once in a life time Moss was.

She has everything you want in a rb.   Speed, cutback ability, field vision and ability to take and dish out hits.  Looked a lot like a certain # 28 at this level...[;)]

Watching her tackle way bigger boys was almost more impressive than her running ability.

Is this Central Bama Station?
Normally great announcing crew has suddenly become homers for the Tide.
Pretty much openly rooting for them.
Yeah, they're good. We get it.
