Phil Simms was tough, old school tough. Never a great QB, in the way we typically measure them, but the cat stood in the pocket and delivered when it mattered. Took a beating and kind of seemed to like it. I think he was a hockey player at heart. Another guy that never makes a list, good or hated, is Jim Kelly. I liked the way Jim Kelly played. Buffalo is not a good place for a QB to put up great stats. Sorry Packer fans, Buffalo is a much harder place to play QB. Kelly was good, underrated and playing in a place no QB wants to play in. Likewise, ease up on the Tyrod Taylor criticisms. His numbers don't tell the whole story.
