I hope the Twins allow Buxton to finish this season at AAA Rochester. No reason to bring him back up because this is already a lost season. Let him get his AB and gain confidence against similar caliber pitching without all the bells and whistles. Maybe bring him up in September after the minor league season is over. He should be scheduled to play Winter ball this off-season. He does not seem to be a player who can sit for six months and get it back quickly.

Buxton thus far in Rochester: 7 for 37 with 14Ks and a .547 OPS If the Twins promote him I will be furious. Promote someone else who is actually performing and stop giving Buxton an endless pass to be a complete screw up of a hitter. What the HELL is wrong with him? It's getting scary because this is clearly a mental thing and it makes you wonder if he can clear this hurdle. Keep him in ROchester for the rest of the year. No reason for him to come back if he is going to hit under .200 in AAA. It just wouldn't be right to bypass another player who is more deserving. It totally screws up accountablility. Not a good thing for a ballclub.
