Need a loss tomorrow.

A loss guarantees us the 7th lottery slot. A win could potentially bump us to 8th or 9th.

A loss combined with a Knicks win would give us a coin toss for 6th.

I understand that thinking, but I hate that thinking. I'm hoping we win.

Adrian Wojnarowski ✔ @WojVerticalNBA
Sources: Michigan State's Miles Bridges cancelled agent meetings, leaning heavily toward returning for sophomore year. Lottery pick talent.

A win tonight does NOTHING. I want a crack at the best player we can get this draft as we likely have no pick in 2018 and salary cap strapped.

We need this pick to be a player and then to use our cap space this off-season wisely.

14 rebounds and KAT is the youngest player ever to score 2000 points and grab 1000 rebounds in a season.

14 rebounds and 2 made 3s and he becomes the only player to every have 2000 points, 1000 rebounds and 100 made 3s.

I haven't given up on him as a player, but he's not a PG.

He needs to spend the whole offseason working on his 3pt shot and try to reinvent himself as a 3&D SG.

I completely agree.

He can also work on his ball handling a bit.

Dunn starting to look better.

Now that we're where we're at, I wish Dunn would have gotten a longer leash. Seems the more he plays the better he gets.

He'll never be a Rubio PG but the kid can pass.

He's also never received consistent minutes. Some kids maybe need to get into the flow to get their game going.

His shot is broken. He appears to have zero confidence in it and there is no consistency in his release.

There is a lot broken about his game. Nearly everything on the offensive side of the ball.

Yet when he gets extended playing time he does a lot of good things.

He's a rookie who never got extended playing time. When he did, his play elevated. He might not ever be that "Sharp-shooter" some want, but he brings a lot of positive to the floor.

For all the years of people preaching for a 3-D Guard/Forward, Dunn just might fill the bill.

And yes, he can guard some SF's in this league. He's strong enough.

Sure. But right now he's just a D.

There aren't a lot of Tony Allen's out there. He's likely going to have to do something on offense to actually be playable.

Like I would be absolutely thrilled if Dunn could turn into Patrick Beverley.

Defensive bulldog, bit of a dick, not really a PG, but can be a functional secondary ballhandler and a limited offensive player, but a killer from 3.
