Most of our players have only experienced losing since joining this Org.

Most if not all won a ton in HS and in College.

Christian Laetner was the only winner in the Wolves locker room back in the day. Just ask him.

Kevin Love, too ....

wait ......

Love lost 2 state titles and won one in HS.
Kids I know that played with and against him had mostly not nice things to say about him.

I've never met him, maybe he's a cool dude.

But I doubt it.

Love wanted to play for a winning organization and was tired of losing. I think everything worked out fine for him.

Sad how the two best Wolves players ever both left and won Championships. Need to stop that trend.

In the old days, a guy Played his way out of that scenario, but you know that.

Yea I do. Just doesn't work that way anymore. Plus if an organization isn't doing their part................

I never blamed Love one bit for wanting out of here. I would have questioned his logic and reason if he didn't.

Minneapolis/St. Paul – The Minnesota Timberwolves today announced that Rick Rubio underwent an evaluation this evening by team orthopedic surgeon Diane Dahm of Mayo Clinic which confirmed the initial diagnosis of a sprained right elbow. Rubio will be listed as out indefinitely and his status will be updated as appropriate.

Rubio suffered the injury at the 6:28 mark of the fourth quarter of Minnesota’s 106-103 loss at Sacramento on Saturday.

Looks like the Wolves have signed Deing for a 4 year 64 million dollar contract. Averages 16 million per season. New normal contract.

Wow. Yeah, good for Gorrgui, but it's hard to get used to these numbers in today's NBA.

16 Million a year is in the ridiculous world of NBA contracts a bargain for Gorgui.

Unless you've been to an Owner's house, or in my case an owner's Jackson Hole "Lodge", and then it starts to become more palatable.

No excuse to lose tonight:

Timberwolves PR‏@Twolves_PR
Starters for tonight: Memphis - Baldwin, Williams, Ennis, Martin & Green; Minnesota - Dunn, LaVine, Wiggins, Dieng & Towns. #Twolves

Tim Faklis@timfaklis 4m4 minutes ago
No Conley (rest), Gasol (rest), or Parsons (knee) tonight. The lack of Rubio will hurt, but advantage in Wolves' favor is obvious tonight.

Both Gasol and Conley are expected to be available to play for Memphis, but will not start. #Twolves

Dunn doing a bit of everything.

Wiggins is taking bad shots.

KAT still seems a little too amped.

I like the characterization of Joerger's defenses as "bullying". I think that sums it up. We simply got shoved all over the place in those last couple of games in the 2nd halves. I dislike the NBA style as it's become All-Star Wrestling out there anymore. The bulkiest guys tend to dominate out there, and it's not an attractive product to me. Hate to see our young pups getting manhandled like they do, but it's what's being allowed to happen out there. U-G-L-Y. Hope we can get Memphis out of there early tonight, shorthanded as they are.

A lot of transition buckets tonight. Helping mask that we still aren't good in the halfcourt.
