I'll train for agility then. I already have run blocking treed at 2 everything. I think that's why I got 56 plays to the starters 31. He's prolly hot!

What was your energy after the game?

The special ability skills don't really help until your base skills are higher, special skills are just modifiers of your basic skills.

That's good then, just make sure you don't ignore stamina.

Ok I just signed up. I created a LB & signed with a team.  Still have no idea what I'm doing, but it should be fun.
Toby & Duane I'm sure I'll be asking you a lot of questions.

Please help me.

Steve

Make sure you are set to training on something and not "NONE" as the option. Staminia is very important to get playing time.

Ask away Steve and all, and make sure to scan the forums at the goallineblitz site, mainly the newbie section to get a feel for most features.

I think they just removed that option because you can't deny a trade when on a human team (unless it's in your contract) and when on a CPU team you can get just get signed as a free agent from a human team.

We should buy a team and just use talkvikes players and CPU guys. Thoughts?

CPU guys suck but I like the idea of having talkvikes members on the team :)

Lightning Thundefeet = Shutdown corner in the making. Level 2...  2 games, 6 tackles, 4 Pds, 1 INT. Remember defense starts at the corners!

I've got my FS up to level 3 finally.

The thing that sucks (or does it matter I forget?) is that I'm still riding the bench and have only recorded 1 tackle.

I haven't added points towards special ability yet. It seems the only one I even could up is under the first step catagory and even that just opened up I think.

Strengh: 11.34
Speed: 22.8
Agility: 18.34
Jumping: 13.34
Stamina: 16.04 - training focus = +.35/day
Vision: 12.8
Confidence: 14.34

Speed is the main thing you defenders should be upping with your skill points, agility and stamina too.  Save the special abilities for a few levels at least.

Todd, don't worry about starting as long as your getting playing time.  Stats are just a bonus at this stage of the player building.

Most backs hardly play when they're new, much less score.
