If you're so afraid of losing guys that you don't think 3 years is enough to convince them to stay, you should just shut it down. Especially when you consider how much Butler LOVES Thibs.

And Butler's player option is after 2018-19. (Which is when you give him his first ever Max contract and lock him up through age 33 - where he'll still be in his prime).

I think so.

Looks like Fultz will probably end up a Bull, Lakers will take Ball (heh).

DX currently has:

3: Jackson
4: Tatum
5: Fox
6: Monk
7: Isaac

Which all seem reasonable.

The Wolves have been high on Lauri Markkanen for a while, and he’s a good fit, but the upside of Isaac will be too much to pass up, especially for a head coach like Tom Thibodeau, who needs to find a way to improve team defense.

While Isaac might be further away than some of the other prospects on the board, his ability to guard four, maybe five positions on the floor should be great for Minnesota.

His ideal landing spot is in Minnesota, where he can play alongside Karl Anthony-Towns in a floor-spreading offensive setup with maximum defensive versatility under Tom Thibodeau, giving Isaac the ability to switch between both frontcourt spots without having the sole burden of guarding opposing centers every night.

On a scale from 1 (Anthony Randolph) to 10 (the aforementioned Towns), Isaac’s need to find the right fit to hone his skills is at an 8. There is a lot to like with Isaac, but it will take a great deal of strength — physical and mental — for him to achieve his full potential.

I tend to agree with draft.net on this one.

Isaac is actually a better fit for us than he is an overall prospect, so I think he's likely mid to late lottery on a bunch of teams boards.

I think he has as much upside as anyone, but he doesn't have that obvious path to stardom. Right now his game screams roleplayer/glue guy. That's not what most lottery teams are looking for, but he fits our needs to a T.

And his score is a 97. That sounds pretty good.
