Jackson has surprising arm strength considering he has the arms of Kermit the frog.

Interesting read.

Actually I'm not seeing the frog arms. Jackson is 6'3" 211lbs which are same as Cousins had at the combine.

I can't see us not reworking Murray's contract. He is more or less 2nd fiddle to Cook and being paid the 5th highest rb salary makes little sense.

He's a decent back that can block and run but that's where it ends. Not a home run threat nor a receiving threat.

He's not a receiving "threat", but he is a good receiver out of the backfield.

The combine starts tomorrow and lasts a week. Who are you focusing on? O-linemen? Corners? D-linemen? (especially 3 techniques?)

I'm off on Friday. I think I'm going to park it in front of the NFL network and take a long look at the Underwear Olympics. Emphasis this year is guards, receivers, and dtackles.

i would like a big WR, too

It might be worth taking a look at using a late round pick on Jake Wieneke from South Dakota State and Maple Grove.

Gore is amazing but just too much wear on them tires. almost 18,000 total yards, 3 ACLs?

Hard pass.

The next sunglass salesman?

Having watched Wieneke for 4 years, there are some similarities to Theilen's game.

Sunglass biz is a tough biz, perhaps it’s the other way around?

Perhaps The real men succeed in the Sunglass biz, and forego the NFL?

That's what I've heard. Jack Tatum wanted to sell shades and got chased all the way to Oakland.

Dick Butkus' limp was due to an ass-whooping by an irate customer who wanted an Oakley sticker for her windshield.

Of course, this was long before Oakleys even existed.

I thought Brandon Zylstra - The Minnesota kid we signed from the CFL was next in line to sell sunglasses?

- In all seriousness, I like the kid's size and catch radius.

The assasin got shutout for a full week at Alameda Sunglass hut, until he tackled a guy, and swiped his card for a close out Rayban at 50% off.

He ran back to the Raiders.

i think it has been mentioned here that Spielman is lazy, thats why he drafts players from the same team quite often

so there is a chance

Let's hope he gets lazy with Ohio State guys then. Price and Hubbard would be nice.

I would love to see Dallas Goedert in Purple. Not sure that the Vikings are going to spend as high of a pick as it would take to get him. He is expected to go late first/early second. He has the potential to be a great pass-catching TE.

I've read some different things on Goedert. Some people have him as the first or second te off the board, and others say that he may be there in the fourth or fifth. Is there an injury concern with him?
