Meet Holton Hill, the most interesting player in Vikings camp

He's the most interesting man on the Vikings

He once parallel parked a train
When in Rome, they do as he does
When he flirts with danger, danger gets clingy

OMG SWEENS, did you see the newest commercial, something about Dan Marino’s man cave?

I’m not sure how these clear any kind of approval process to even get on the air? Not in the least bit funny on any level I can think of?

Janocko is thus the clear choice for the position assuming the Vikings wanted to honor Sparano’s memory by following through with what he started. That assumes that they agreed with what he was doing, if they didn’t, perhaps they’ll make a change.

Either bring back the original MIMITW or scrap the whole ad campaign.

Rookies report today

Friday's TC session has been canceled so they could attend services for Sporano.

They had to have fired all the writers as well.

Look forward today to watching speedy UDFA WR Jeff Badet, who missed a good chunk of spring practices w/ an ankle injury. He’s been cleared. Also, RB Mike Boone. He impressed #Vikings folks in the spring. P. Elflein has reported, but still needs some time coming back from injury.

That assumes they agreed upon what he was doing? If they didn't, he wouldn't have a job. But, hey, why fire him? Maybe we can wait for an act of God to move on.

Absolute literary lunacy. What a lazy article that probably got some of their material from the last few pages of this site.

EAGAN, Minn. — The Vikings announced on Wednesday that center Pat Elflein will begin training camp on the Active/Physically Unable to Perform (PUP) list. Once cleared by doctors, Elflein will be able to begin practice immediately.

#Vikings putting center Pat Elflein on the physically unable to perform list is a procedural move that has to be done at the start of camp. He's not expected to be out that long. Still working way back from ankle, shoulder issues.

Maybe that's why they added the extra center I believe it was yesterday.

Birk was saying he believes it's got to be Janocho's job, but that he would get extra help from other coaches. They may bring one in to "coach the coach". (ie. consultant)

Easton has to be the main backup for center. We do have a number of options for guards.

Esp LG. Easton played better there than C.

I have a bad feeling.

I'm going to go throw darts at a picture of Spielman until I feel better.

Will the number of darts be in the hundreds or in the thousands?

#Vikings rookie WR Jeff Badet on if he's certain he's faster than CB Trae Waynes, who ran a 4.31 40 at the 2015 combine and whom he calls the second-fastest player on the team. "Yes, I’m sure.”

Here's the twitter response from "The Cheap Seats":

His scouting profile said he was a better athlete than WR....
NFL practice squads are full of WR like this that will never crack the 53.
you can be fast all day long...but if you can't catch or can't run a
good route, doesn't do you a whole lot of good.

More from Cheap seats:

#Vikings rookie defensive tackle Jalyn Holmes is 100 percent after suffering a broken right hand at OTAs. Now that he's healthy, Holmes is setting his sights on winning the job for the third spot in the defensive tackle rotation.

From Courtney Cronin on twitter:

Few observations from Day1: -No knee brace for Dalvin Cook -Stacy Coley (heel) w/ a couple nice catches in 7 on 7, good movement -Jalyn Holmes (hand) practicing. Told @DaneMizutani he's "full go" -Clancy Barone and Andrew Janocko handling O-Line duties -Pat Elflein on rehab field

No knee brace for Dalvin Cook

Seems significant.

If you don't need a brace for day 1 of training camp, which would assuredly be acceptably playing it safe 8 months after knee surgery then he'd have to be 100% then.

I guess I worried too much about taking X% of a Cook bc he unfortunately had a set back before he ever really got going...but I guess things aren't like they were before.

How long ago was it where you didn't really expect much the guys' next year? Now 8 months later they are back.
