just got in under wire site kept freezing up on me. the day three trades. that is rounds 4-7 correct? Because there were about 100 or so recorded last years but you have to divide that by 2 and subtract deals that already happened right? Anyway my guess is out of whack from the rest.

Leaderboard, albeit it very early, is updated. Only the tie for first is listed.

Draft challenges are haaaaaard...

Handing out a couple of awards at the onset here...

Well, there were a couple more candidates in the - Filling out a draft entry is haaaard...but by the start there was only one standing...winner...Bill Jandro...good job cutting and pasting the form and then never returning to fill it out. You win. I went out to get your prize but left the store forgetting what I was there for...sorry...

Nominees in the - I don't need or want bonus points award...

Bill Johanesen - Picked Vikings as bonus team but not in their answer key
Borntoblitz - same
Rat - same
DonT - same
Chris Olsen - same

Bruce Johnson...didn't bother picking bonus teams

Shame...4, or 5 more were in danger of making the list but saved themselves...

But the winner is...Bill Johanesen...

Your prize is a proper chastising...

WTH man...you were the first non house entry...edited multiple times...follow the board. Comprehension is haaaard...rules are clear man. Remembering is haaaard...year after year people screw up the bonus team and we talk about it...good job. Awareness is haaaaard...this was broached recently and prior to a couple of your edits and you still passed.

I

I thought about Hughes, but I thought the Vikes were move down candidates. I didn't expect them to stay at 30.

Thanks dude.

I think my wild ass guessing is done though ... I'm a sitting duck at this point.

The way things have gone with CB instead of OL in the first, I like Johanesen's Corbett in round 2 and Delain's Turay in rd 3 for us ... more than my picks.

My 2nd and 3rd picks for the Vikings both went in the first round. I'm down to my Vikings last pick of Jake Wieneke as my only hope. Watch my original choice for Vikings last pick Punter Johnny Townsend be the one.

Wieneke is a good choice, late rd / fa type, had a visit. I went that route with S Kalu as my last pick.

I fully expect us to take a big WR somewhere though ...

We visited with all of these wide receivers but many have return skills...with the Hughes pick and with the addition of Kendall Wright...I don't see us going wide receiver. We added Wright after most of these WR visits....thus why I didn't go there on my draft board. When I removed Hughes as my first round pick I put a CB as my 7th rounder who we visited with at the senior bowl.

Jeff Badet^ WR Oklahoma (EW PRI)
Jordan Lasley WR UCLA (PRI)
Anthony Miller WR Memphis (PRI)
Dante Pettis WR Washington (PRI)
Jaleel Scott WR New Mexico State (SR)
Brandon Shed WR Hobart (PRO)
Tre'Quan Smith WR Central Florida (SR)
Vyncint Smith WR Limestone (PRO)
Jake Wieneke^ WR South Dakota State (COM PRI)
Deon Yelder WR Western Kentucky (PRO)

Wide receivers on the roster....on second though...don't we usually go into training camp with 10?
Coley, Stacy WR
Diggs, Stefon WR
Jones, Cayleb WR
King, Tavarres WR
Thielen, Adam WR
Treadwell, Laquon WR
Wright, Kendall WR
Zylstra, Brandon WR

The Chances of hitting on the last pick are ridiculously low. I originally had Punter Johnny Townsend at the spot due to our interest in the FA punter earlier. I decided to go with the local angle as the Vikings have some tendency to make a pick on a local prospect.

I think you are right. Plus our biggest WR is 6-2 (Treadwell, Zylstra) so I could see us adding something different to the mix.

Flippy being the red zone specialist that he is ... a tall move TE and tall WR would seem to be in the draft mix, maybe late after grabbing about 14 OGs first.

Mayock guaranteed that several punters would go in the seventh rd. Just saying.

I'll update the challenge scoreboard and announce the winners in a while. Been a long day of 5K walks and hospital visits (unrelated).

I do it merely to screw with you, knowing full well you'll get your panties hot and bothered enough to write a prickish post like you do every year.

Besides, your 'bonus team' netted you ZERO points, LMAO!

My sentence above... panties and prickish in it. Maybe it means to go f*** yourself, I don't know!
