it seems crazy, but cook looks faster, looser and more athletic than last year's camp - he's going to blow the door open this season....

Monday is the day we've really been waiting for. Coming soon. Instead of interviews and speculation, there will be actual football practice reports with the entire team and with pads.

Reiff
Easton
Elflein 2018
Isidora
Remmers

Reiff
Easton
Elflein 2019
Isidora
O’Neal

Next couple years OLine projections-

Isidora coming along this year would be huge.

Rashod Hill was pretty bad in the playoffs (Albeit going against a couple of studs)

Remmers should be ok the next year or two at RT till hopefully O’neal comes along.

Assuming Elf is ok, we should be good at center for quite sometime.

Keep drafting for Easton/ Reiff’s successors and depth.

i like those projections...remmers can play g/ot so we keep him through '19 as insurance and by '20, hopefully, we've solidified our o-line depth through the draft and can let remmers go - saving $6m/yr....

Oneil is athletic enough. I hope develops enough to replace Reiff.

that would be great, but reiff has been playing well - it's the right side of the line that needs help and if you're thinking o'neill - lt and remmers -rt i would warn that replacing a solid player at a key position could be dangerous....

Yeah I’m in no hurry to replace Reiff.

He kind of blew my mind with how good he was, and what my perception was of him.

I simply think they need to be a little more proactive with the OLine as they’ve been with the defense (Secondary in particular)

Reiff is definitely the least of my worries of the slightly older players to replace.

Kurt was projecting out and included the hope we continue to draft replacement players. I'm saying I hope we already have the LT of the future on the roster. RT are usually easier to find and it will take more draft resources to draft a LT who can start right away.

From UDFA to now.. no one looks more physically impressive compared to last season than safety Anthony Harris.. looks like he’s added another 20 pounds of pure muscle adding a serious dimension of physicality to his game 👀💪🤔

I guess Hill changed his diet. Maybe he comes in stronger and quicker. He has improved every year he has been in the league. But, like you said, he got abused in the playoffs and that's what he should be judged on.

Yes. Indications so far is that Treadwell is ahead of Wright. However, that could just be an honor for the incumbent until Wright beats him out.

it could very well play out that way, however, chances are that wright will not be on the team in '19 - so wouldn't you prefer to have treadwell excel - who because of the cba and guaranteed money will very likely be on the team in '19....

again, i'm surprised that no other team offered harris a deal this offseason...re-watching the games from last year it was obvious that he has become a starting caliber player....

The Vikings will replace Tony Sparano by making Clancy Barone and Andrew Janocko co-coaches of the offensive line. Barone has been the tight ends coach; Janocko had been the assistant OL coach. Senior offensive assistant Todd Downing will coach tight ends.

Look for Downing to work to get the tight ends more involved in the passing game.
