The Vikings might beat Miami at home next week, but will not beat Detroit and the only reason they will be the Bears is that the Bears won't have to worry about a win, probably rest players. Show of hands, who wants to watch this team in a playoff game..........hmmm, thought so.
The era of tough guy coaching went out a long time ago, Zimmer is the only one tying to bring it back, news flash, this team isn't tough, they don't believe you, they don't mimic you. They will always say nice things about you, you are the head guy, but down inside, they laugh at you and your schtick. Last week I watched an interview with Rhodes and PA was asking him about playing DB for Zimmer, insinuation how tough Zim was, he said something like, "yea, he's always watching, one day he was about 50 yards away and he was yell at me like he saw the play, I just laughed and said just go coach down there where you are". Something to that effect. It's a joke, no one takes it serious. Today's younger people don't respond to this type of "type A' shit any more. You need to grow with the times or they pass you by. He's a good coach, just not the guy you want in charge of the whole thing. Such a good roster, so many solid players, they should be much more formidable than they are.
