Was it Trubisky's habit to run on many 3rd and longs in games before that ? Was he running because Minnesota covered his WRs well ?
It seemed like the 1st half in the last meeting, 3rd down for Chicago meant seeing if the 1st WR was open, if not then a quick throw to Cohen, if he's covered then Trubisky would run.
It seemed like the 2nd half, Minnesota took away Cohen and made sure Trubisky wasn't likely to get the 1st down running, forcing him to try to pass to a WR that wasn't his 1st read, which almost pretty much shutdown the Chicago offense.
Vikes will need to win the turnover battle to beat Chicago, and might need to do it even moreso if they meet again a week later.
SKOL to the BOWL !!!
